PLA

PLA is made of  starch-containing biomass such as corn or straw cellulose, and it has a strong anti-mite effect and natural antibacterial properties, with an antibacterial rate of more than 95% for Candida albicans, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus; it is flame retardant, with low smoke emission, without  black smoke and toxic gas; it is moisture-proof, moisture-conducting and fast-drying, and has good breathability,  especially suitable for the medical care field.

PLA medical wires have inherent advantages in 3D printing cranial shapes, spinal fusion devices, bone scaffolds, lung implants, and large bone cages. Good bioresorbability, high strength and ductility, and good biocompatibility make PLA 3D printing lines widely used in the medical field.

Print temperature:190-230℃

Print speed:40-100mm/s

Substrate temperature :45-60 ℃
